Kaicell Electronics Pvt Ltd., and its affiliates (collectively, ”Kaicell”) believe that respecting your privacy is important. We have found that collecting Personally Identifiable Information (defined below) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (defined below) through Kaicell.in the Kaicell mobile application, and our other online locations such as Facebook or Twitter (collectively, the “Sites”) helps us serve you better by enabling us to communicate with you, receive and deliver your order, and understand the pages, Products and Services that are interesting and helpful to you. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we gather online and offline and how that information is used. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

1. Acceptance of Privacy Policy
Each time you access, use or browse the Sites, place an order on a Site or make a purchase at a store, participate in any sweepstakes, contest or other Activity, click on a Kaicell digital advertisement or otherwise interact with Kaicell, its franchisees, vendors or advertisers, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Kaicell reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, please do not access, use or browse the Sites, participate in any sweepstakes, contest or other Activity, click on a Kaicell digital advertisement, or otherwise interact with Kaicell, its franchisees, vendors or advertisers.
Should the Privacy Policy be revised, Kaicell will post the changes on a Site and the new Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon posting. Any material changes in the way that we use Personally Identifiable Information will apply only to information collected thereafter, unless we provide notice or have other communications with you. You can determine when the Privacy Policy was last revised by referring to the “Last Revised” legend at the top of this page. Each time you access, use or browse the Sites, you signify your acceptance of the then-current Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy and the form an agreement that is effective as if you had signed it. Any capitalized term not defined in this Privacy Policy has the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use.
2. Types of Information Collected
The Sites may collect two types of information about users: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
“Personally Identifiable Information” includes, without limitation, non-public information about you that helps Kaicell identify you, such as first and last name, birthdate, email address, street address, telephone number, credit or debit card number or other payment method, billing and shipping information, order history, and financial information.
“Non-Personally Identifiable Information” includes, without limitation, information that does not personally identify you as the individual to whom the information relates, such as information that is aggregated by Kaicell or a third party, or information that is not linked to contact information or other Personally Identifiable Information about you, such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, operating system, general geographic location, domain name of your internet service provider, cookies and other Collection Technology information (described below), general information about whether Site users click on Kaicell digital ads and what sites they are on when they click on such ads, the frequency of Site visits, pages requested, number of users, activities while visiting the Site, content accessed, Products purchased on the Sites, and the like.
In addition, Kaicell may collect information about you, such as your password, device, mobile carrier, preferences and interests, demographic information, precise geographic location, shopping habits, Site usage, age and gender. In the event that such information is maintained with your name or contact information, it will be treated as Personally Identifiable Information; otherwise, such information will treated as Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
3. How We Collect Personally Identifiable Information
General: Personally Identifiable Information is collected online by us or our service providers on our behalf when users register to open an account or update their account, create or update a profile, place orders or make purchases, communicate with us about orders or other questions, post comments, enter or participate in Activities, or use Communication Services. We also may collect information about your transactions and interactions with us and our franchisees, vendors and advertisers, including information about your use of Products offered through the website. We may collect information about you from other sources, such as blogs, public resources, third parties and other users of the Sites and our Services. In addition, Personally Identifiable Information may be collected offline and through a Kaicell mobile application and social media, as described below.
Offline: When you purchase Products or Services at a Kaicell franchised location, or sign up to receive promotional materials about Products or Services at a Kaicell franchised location or elsewhere, your Personally Identifiable Information will be collected and treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Mobile: If you use mobile-enabled services provided by Kaicell, such as any Kaicell mobile application made available by us, we may receive information about your use of our Services from your mobile device. This may also include information about your precise location if you have enabled location-based services on your mobile device.
Social Media: Certain information you post or provide through parts of the Sites that are available to others, such as your name, profile, comments, collections and reviews, may be shared with other users and posted on publicly available portions of sites. Please keep in mind that if you choose to disclose Personally Identifiable Information when posting comments or other information or content through the Sites, this information may become publicly available and may be collected and used by others, including people outside the Kaicell community. It is up to you to make sure you are comfortable with the information you choose to provide Kaicell and the information you choose to include in your Submissions. Your Submissions may be available to Site users and to users of other websites and services; Kaicell will not have any obligations with respect to any information that you include in your Submissions. We recommend that you use caution when giving out Personally Identifiable Information to others through social media networks or otherwise, as such information may be or become publicly available. You can protect Personally Identifiable Information by not including identifying information in your Submissions.
You may choose to log in or access the Sites using the Facebook Connect feature. By doing this, you are asking Facebook to send us certain information from your Facebook profile, and you authorize us to collect, store and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information available to us through the Facebook interface.
4. How We Collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information
General: Non-Personally Identifiable Information is collected automatically on our server logs from your browser, as well as through other analysis of the Sites. Non-Personally Identifiable Information is also collected through cookies, other Collection Technology, IP Addresses and Google Analytics, as well as from third parties and feedback Kaicell receives, as described below.
Cookies: A cookie is a piece of data stored on your computer, which is a standard feature of browser software. A cookie assigns each visitor a unique, random number that resides on your computer. The cookie does not actually identify the visitor, just the computer that a visitor uses to access the Site. Pixel Tags/Clear GIFs/Web Beacons: A pixel tag, also known as a clear GIF or web beacon, is an invisible tag that may be placed on certain pages of the Site but not on your computer (“Collection Technology”). When you access these pages, pixel tags generate a generic notice of that visit. They usually work in conjunction with cookies, registering when a particular computer visits a particular page. If you turn off cookies the pixel tag will simply detect an anonymous website visit.
IP Address: We may use your IP address to analyze trends, administer the Sites and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use to improve the Sites; in doing so, we will not link your IP address to your Personally Identifiable Information.
Google Analytics: The Sites use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and other Collection Technology to collect and store anonymous information about you, which may include Non-Personally Identifiable Information. The Sites use “Demographics and Interest Reporting” feature of Google Analytics based on Display Advertising to analyze information regarding the interests and demographics of users of the Sites.

Third Parties: Kaicell also may acquire Non-Personally Identifiable Information from other sources (such as offline records or publicly available information) and from vendors and other third parties, some of which partner with Kaicell or with an advertisement network utilized by Kaicell. Non-Personally Identifiable Information also may be obtained by these other sources from inferences based upon the sites you visit, third party data, information you share on other websites, social media platforms and applications, or demographics derived from profiles or accounts that you create, to the extent permitted in their privacy policies.
Feedback Information: If you provide feedback to Kaicell, Kaicell may use and disclose such feedback for any purpose, provided Kaicell does not associate such feedback with your Personally Identifiable Information. Kaicell will collect any information contained in such feedback and will treat the Personally Identifiable Information in it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You agree that any such comments and any e-mail we receive becomes our property. Kaicell may use feedback for marketing purposes or to add to or modify Services without paying any royalties or other compensation to you.
5. Children and Privacy
Kaicell and the Sites do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under age 13. If you are under age 13, you are not permitted to use the Sites or to submit any Personally Identifiable Information to the Sites. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may post messages, but you may not submit any Personally Identifiable Information. If we become aware that a Site user is under age 18 and has provided Personally Identifiable Information, we will take steps to remove his or her Personally Identifiable Information from our files. If you are a parent or guardian and believe Kaicell may have inadvertently collected personally Identifiable information from your child, please notify Kaicell immediately by sending an email to info@kaicell.org
6. Use and Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information
General: Kaicell and its affiliates, vendors and franchisees may use your Personally Identifiable Information to process and fulfill orders, ship and confirm orders, administer and process payments, provide customer service, update account and profile information, post Submissions, administer Activities, improve your Site experience and Kaicell’ Products and Services, forward promotional emails and postal mail, forward updates and announcements, and communicate with you about the Site, Activities, Communication Services, and the Products and Services of Kaicell and its affiliates. Kaicell also may use Personally Identifiable Information to send you information about third parties who may have Products or Services of interest to you.
Kaicell may combine Personally Identifiable Information collected through the Sites with information available from other sources (such as offline records or publicly available information). We will treat the combined information as Personally Identifiable Information.
Requested and Promotional Email: You authorize Kaicell to transmit email to you to respond to your questions or address your orders, billing or use of Communications Services. In addition, if you have an account or profile, you agree that Kaicell is authorized to send you announcements, updates and informational and promotional emails and postal mail from Kaicell and on behalf of its affiliates, franchisees, vendors and advertisers, and to make offers to you from Kaicell or from third parties who may have Products or Services of interest to you. If you participate in Activities, you agree that Kaicell is authorized to contact prospective winners by telephone and send information, documents and prizes to you by email or postal mail, as provided in the applicable rules. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each promotional email.
Service Providers and Other Third Parties: Kaicell may disclose Personally Identifiable Information to third parties that we may hire to perform services on our behalf. We may share Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information with our service providers, shippers, vendors, advertisers, consultants, franchisees and affiliates for our internal business purposes, Site analysis or administration, communications with users, order payment and fulfillment, order delivery, marketing or similar activities. Kaicell also may share your Personally Identifiable Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Legal and Safety Reasons: Kaicell may disclose Personally Identifiable Information as required by applicable law or as necessary or advisable to: (a) protect Kaicell’ rights, safety or property or the rights, safety or property of others; (b) enforce the Terms; (c) respond to your orders or requests for customer service or other information; (d) comply with legal process or cooperate with law enforcement or governmental requests; (e) investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected illegal activities, fraud or potential threats, or exercise legal rights or defend against claims; or (f) comply with or as permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
Major Transaction: Kaicell reserves the right to transfer any and all information, including without limitation Personally Identifiable Information, collected from Site users to an affiliate or third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or disposition of all or any portion of our business or operations (including without limitation in connection with bankruptcy or any similar proceedings).
7. Use and Disclosure of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
General: The use and disclosure of Non-Personally Identifiable information is not subject to any restrictions under this Privacy Policy. Kaicell may use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to improve the Sites, enable Site features and enhance our services. For example, Kaicell may analyze how our Sites are used to improve the browsing experience for the Sites, analyze the performance of the Sites and diagnose problems, administer the Sites, and carry out internal operations.
Additionally, we may take personally identifiable information and de-identify it and share it in a de-identified or aggregated form with third parties to show or analyze site usage, improve our services, improve our user experience, or for similar purposes.
Advertising: Kaicell also may use your Non-Personally Identifiable Information to present you with targeted content and advertisements (including on third party websites and apps) based on your past visits to the Sites and your Non-Personally Identifiable Information collected over time by us and third parties. Such targeted content and advertisements may include marketing for the Sites, Products, Services or the sites, products and services of Kaicell’ business and advertising partners. Your Non-Personally Identifiable Information also may be used to analyze and develop advertisements and advertising campaigns, provide you with special offers and promotions and determine the effectiveness of same, optimize and determine the effectiveness of content and advertisements, analyze your interactions with the content and advertisements you are presented with, and how same relates to your visits to the Sites. Kaicell does not share any of your Personally Identifiable Information with our remarketing ad networks or advertisers.
Opt Out: Some of our third party partners may participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising and allow consumers the ability to opt-out of targeted advertising based on web activity tracking. Do Not Track: Except as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, Kaicell does not alter the practices detailed herein based upon your selection of the “Do Not Track” setting or other “opt out” setting or feature that may be offered by your browser; however, Kaicell reserves the right to do so in the future.
8. Information Removal/Opt-Out
You are responsible for keeping your Personally Identifiable Information current. You may update your Personally Identifiable Information or change your preferences in your account or in your profile by visiting your My Profile page, or by sending an email to info@kaicell.org You may not opt out of receiving communications regarding your purchases, your dealings with the Sites, or technical information about the Sites.
If you prefer not to receive marketing or promotional emails from Kaicell, you may click on the “Unsubscribe” link in any promotional email you receive from us and follow the “Unsubscribe” instructions. Please note that such requests may take up to ten (10) days to become effective.
9. Notice of Privacy Rights of California Residents
If you are a NCR resident and have provided Personally Identifiable Information to Kaicell, you are entitled by law to request certain information regarding any disclosure that may have been made by Kaicell to third parties of Personally Identifiable Information for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, send an email to info@kaicell.org, Please allow thirty (30) days for a response. Kaicell is required to respond to only one request per customer each year, and is not required to respond to requests made by means other than through the above email address.

Welcome to kaicell.in the Kaicell mobile application, and other online locations such as Facebook and Twitter (each, a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”) of Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
and its affiliates (collectively, “Kaicell”). Kaicell provides the Sites as a service to you subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”).
- Acceptance of Terms of Use

The Sites provide an online platform for Kaicell to offer and sell accessories and related products for cellular and mobile devices (the “Products”) and cell phone repair and installation services, and other services to users of the Sites or which Kaicell may provide from time to time through the Sites (collectively, the “Services”). Unless otherwise prohibited by law, we reserve the right to change or substitute any Products offered for sale, and the prices or specifications of any Products, at any time and from time to time without any notice or liability to you or any other person. We reserve the right to limit quantities of Products sold or made available for sale on the Sites, and to decline any purchase. You may not publish, modify, distribute, perform, sell, resell, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the Sites or Content unless expressly authorized by Kaicell in writing. Special terms may apply to some Products or Services offered on the Sites, or to any sweepstakes, contests, games, features, promotions or activities that may be offered on the Sites (the “Activities”). Such special terms (which may include official rules and expiration dates) may be posted in connection with the applicable Product, Service or Activity. By entering or participating in an Activity you will become subject to those terms or rules. You acknowledge and agree that, as between Kaicell and you, all right, title and interest in and to the Sites and Content, including without limitation any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, inventions, know how, or any other intellectual property rights, are owned exclusively by Kaicell or its licensors, are valid and enforceable, and are protected by India intellectual property laws and other applicable laws. You agree that you will not modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Sites or any portion thereof.
Copyright: All Content, such as text, graphics, videos, logos, icons, images, media, data, audio, animation, software and other information and materials, is the copyright and property of Kaicell or its licensors and content suppliers and protected by India copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of the Sites solely for your own information and personal non-commercial use. Any other use, including without limitation the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, publication, display, performance or commercial exploitation of Content, is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks: The trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, trade names and trade dress used on the Sites are proprietary to Kaicell or its affiliates or licensors. You agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law: (1) no claims by you shall be joined with any other and you agree not to participate in any claim brought by others; (2) YOU HAVE NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY FOR ANY DISPUTE TO BE LITIGATED OR ARBITRATED ON A CLASS-ACTION BASIS OR TO UTILIZE CLASS ACTION PROCEDURES; and (3) you have no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
The Sites are controlled within India, and directed to individuals residing in India. Kaicell’ failure to act with respect to any failure by you or others to comply with these Terms does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar failures. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Kaicell, and any assignment or transfer in violation of this provision shall be null and void. Kaicell may assign, transfer, sublicense or delegate our rights or obligations under these Terms either in whole or in part, at any time, at our sole discretion, and without your consent. There are no third party beneficiaries to these Terms. Terms of Repair
Repairs & Warranty – Terms & Conditions
Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd is an independent mobile devices repair and service center network with repairs conducted using high quality and genuine spare parts by qualified technicians.
Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd guarantees the safety of your electronic devices by providing security insurance and undertaking blanket responsibility against any possible theft/loss caused while the mobile device is in its possession. Kaicell uses Genuine Quality Spare Parts on all its devices and aims to provide 100% Customer Satisfaction.
All Devices submitted for repair are accompanied by a Job Card which is a Unique Reference Number that is either prepared by customer online or any Kaicell Staff electronically. The Customer is required to keep this document for all future references.
Upon creation of a Job Card, an Official Kaicell Representative will Pick up Customer Device On Site and return to Repair Headquarter for Device Evaluation & Diagnostics and preparation of the Repair Estimate, that includes all charges for repair & service of the device including VAT & Service Tax.
EffectiveMarch 27th 2025 , a Service Charge of Rs. 199 for Diagnostic & Repair Estimation will be levied towards evaluation and pre repair assessment of the Device that does not include charges for any spare parts. In event Customer opts to get the Device repaired, the Diagnostic Charges will be adjusted in the Invoice for repair and service.
The Kaicell Customer Support team will call customers to take a formal approval on the Repair Estimate and will confirm the same electronically via the Kaicell Online System. It usually takes 2-3 business days for Devices to be repaired, and in some cases it may take longer time depending on spare parts availability or Software Availability .
If the device require a spare part replacement, software upgrade or reinstallation, the relevant spare part cost or software cost will be charged as and when applicable.
In case the device is given in to Kaicell Repair HQ with No Power or Display On or is completely non-functional, then the customer is advised to inform Kaicell on details pertaining to the last incident causing the reported defect in the device. Kaicell will follow a decision tree approach to repair the problem, implying that customer support function will call the customer more than once to seek a revised approval of additional parts if so needed.
Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd offers a Service Warranty of upto 90 days on Installation of selected LCD Screens, and a General Service Warranty covering services and repair workmanship of 30 days on all other repairs and services. The Warranty is valid subject to the device not serviced &/ or tampered by any other vendor after the last repair with Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd. In certain cases of Liquid Damage, or other complex devices, Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd may offer either a Limited Warranty or No Warranty. For Certain Spare Parts a Limited Warranty of 14 Days or Less may be extended to the customer, however all warranty period will be notified on the Customer Invoice.
The Warranty does not cover any incidences of physical damage, screen breakage accidently or otherwise or any other breakage or liquid damage caused by external environment after the device has been delivered to the customer .
In cases of physically damaged devices that also results in damage to sensor, processor ( or motherboard) , liquid damage devices or devices with a problem in the processor or any pre identified serious hardware damage , it is possible that any spare part which is intermittently working or not working at the time of receipt/ Job Card creation at Kaicell, may potentially stop functioning altogether during the course of diagnostics and repairing. In such scenario , Kaicell Electronics will not be held liable to return the device in the original condition of receipt. The customer duly understands the risk in repairing such devices and hereby acknowledges to accept the decision taken by the Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd , and would not hold the company legally responsible for the cost of device or any loss of data or information. The Repair/diagnosis of device might result in minor wear & tear, hence the device might not be returned absolutely in as-is condition. Specifically, in certain cases of Liquid Damage , it would not be possible for Kaicell to return the devices in the original condition of receipt.
Although utmost care and precaution will be maintained by Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd to ensure safety of the device/ device in lines of the policy of safety and protection of companies assets , and to retrieve/recover data &/or protect Data during the course of Diagnostics or Repair, however it does not guarantees data protection or prevention of loss of data during the course of Diagnostics or Repair.
The customer fully indemnifies Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd for any loss of information , part disfunctinality or from any software or license validity on the devices submitted for repair or Diagnostics, wherein Kaicell Electronics Pvt Ltd. would not be held liable for any instances related to any pre-installed software on device .
Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd. advises all customer to retain original software licenses including CDs, Manuals pertaining to any or all applications software/licenses that are pre-installed on the device.
Hardware replacement rights are solely and exclusively held with Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd to install new or refurbished parts depending upon the availability. All hardware repairs will be carried -out in our Repair Headquarters.
If the Device is under warranty, its manufacturer may void the official warranty post repairs by a Non Authorized Service Center.
Warranty Validity: The Warranty Period will be effective from the date of repair as mentioned on the Invoice , and it will define the warranty period.
Kaicell Electronics Pvt. Ltd aims to offer 100% customer satisfaction , however any disputes or Legal matters would be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
